Biggest motivating factor – improving health and being around for family and friends, and enjoying them more by being a healthier, happier person.
How has your life changed from before beginning the Weigh and Win program?
Gotten off of medications, been able to go out and do things that I have never been able to do before. Weigh and Win has been a great motivator for me.
